John McGlashan College is a vibrant, highly successful Decile 10, Year 7-13 integrated secondary school for boarders and day boys based in Dunedin. The Board is seeking a visionary, inspirational and experienced educational leader to guide John McGlashan College into the future. With the ability to balance tradition with progress, the Principal will set culture within the College, lead the special character and unite and nurture a healthy school community from the classroom to the home. You will have a razor-sharp focus on improving academic performance and supporting student well-being, with a track record in building positive relationships with students, their families, and staff.
