For the 3rd year in a row, the boys did not need to wear a coat to stay dry.
The boys arrived at Mamaku Point camp above Horseshoe bay about noon after a flat 1hr ferry crossing. It was such a great day that the boys bush-bashed down to a private beach for a beach cricket game and a quick paua swim.
Days two and three were taken up with the 37km Great Walk Rakiura Track staying in North Arm hut.
Thursday was a very successful 1/2 day fishing with Aurora Charters, where all boys caught blue cod, which were taken to the Kai Kart to be cooked by ex-JMC mum Didds.
Quick camp cleanup on Friday morning before heading to the wharf for another calm crossing of Foveaux straight.
Thanks for the parent support from Mark Divers and Simon Anderson
